Hi! I’m Megan, and I live in Portland, Oregon with my husband and our two dogs. I have always been a craft enthusiast, wildly obsessed with the rough-it-till-you-get-it art of the handmade. Knitting, baking, sewing, paper goods…you name, I love it. I made this blog to keep myself motivated…I tend to have so many project ideas that I get overwhelmed. Now I have a place to put them. Now that I have made the cross-country move to Portland, this is a handy medium to keep in touch with friends and family. Thank you internet, you are appreciated.

- My new city!
- Restocking my yarn and fabric stash (where has it all gone?)
- Making a quilt large enough for my bed (not doll or baby sized)
- Collecting local, handmade stationery. I used to have a small line of paper goods and have been collecting my friends’ cards and letterpress pieces for a long time. I’ve framed everything and hope to have a very lovely wall of small works in my new home.
- Canning (vegetables, jams, etc)
- Perfecting red velvet cake ( I just need that one that tastes exactly right)
- Reupholstering my sofas
